Girvan FC gained a valuable 3 points in the push for promotion with a hard fought 1-0 victory against Ardeer Thistle at Hamilton Park yesterday. Girvan lead at the break through a Chris Doyle strike. Although there were chances in the 2nd half GIrvan could not add any further goals and the game finished 1-0.
